More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
